Chad reflects on his extraordinary career at Sharp HealthCare

Chad has been a dedicated member of the Sharp HealthCare team for over 17 years. It’s a professional journey that’s been marked by a steady progression through a range of responsibilities, including sterile processing, materials management and surgical technology. Each position has contributed to his deep understanding of the operational and clinical aspects of patient care. His current role as surgical tech coordinator allows him to apply this comprehensive knowledge to support both patient outcomes and organizational efficiency.
